Bow Wow Wata is a manga by Kazumi Umekawa that was initially serialized in Weekly Comic Bunch from 2001 to 2004. After the serialization was pulled, it was picked up by Comic Rex and continued as Gaugau Wāta 2 until 2009. The story follows Wata and his adventures, including meeting Maekawa Sally, becoming a leader, encountering bad luck, and facing survival challenges. The manga explores themes of forgiveness, friendship, and self-discovery. Bow Wow Wata received a short-lived English adaptation by Gutsoon! Entertainment's Raijin Comics. Only 2 volumes were released in the United States.
